Every booking in, transfer, move, check-out and disposal is logged with who, when and where. Entries cannot be edited or deleted, and each is chained to the one before so tampering shows up.
QR and barcode labels
Each item gets a reference such as WSP-EV-2026-000001 with a QR code and a Code 128 barcode. Scan with a phone camera or a handheld scanner.
Storage and disposal
Drugs, firearms and cash can only go in the right kind of store. Disposal needs a request, authorisation by someone else, and a recorded receipt.
Who can do what
- user: book in items, store, check out, transfer, request disposal.
- property: everything a user can do, plus stock checks, moving items between stores, and deciding disposals.
- admin: manage storage locations and run the integrity check.
